These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AccountAble Academy's website, courses, membership, community, and related tools (collectively, the "Services"), operated by AccountAble Academy, LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("AccountAble Academy," "we," "us"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational Purpose — No CPA-Client Relationship
AccountAble Academy provides general business and accounting education. Nothing in our courses, coaching calls, community, or Toolkit app constitutes personalized accounting, tax, or legal advice, and using the Services does not create a CPA-client relationship. 2. Plans and Access
We offer the following plans:

Free Preview — no-cost access to the Orientation module and Module 1.

Base Course — one-time payment for full course access. Base Course enrollment is locked to the curriculum version current at the time of your purchase (e.g., "Base Course – 2026"); it does not include future curriculum updates.

Premium Course — one-time payment for full course access, including all future curriculum updates for as long as AccountAble Academy offers the course.
Course access is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, or publicly post course videos, transcripts, worksheets, PDFs, or other materials.
3. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

One-time payments (Base Course, Premium Course) are charged at checkout and are non-recurring.

Refund policy: We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for the Base and Premium Course, provided fewer than two modules have been completed.
4. Referral Program
Customers and partners may participate in our referral program using a personal referral code. Referral discounts and any associated bonuses are subject to change and are not guaranteed for future purchases. AccountAble Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
Some individuals promoting AccountAble Academy — including affiliates, referral partners, or paid promoters — may receive compensation for referrals or sales they generate.
5. Community Guidelines
Access to the AccountAble Academy community (via our group platform) is a benefit of paid enrollment and is governed by our posted community rules. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates those rules or otherwise disrupts the community.
6. Third-Party Services
Some features of the Services are provided through third-party platforms, including but not limited to payment processing (Wix Payments, PayPal), email communication (MailerLite), the Toolkit app (Base44), and live streaming (StreamYard). Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers' own terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse course materials, engage in chargebacks/payment disputes without first contacting us, or violate community rules.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AccountAble Academy does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, business result, or result from use of the course, Toolkit app, or coaching. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccountAble Academy's liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable plan.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
